  • Incentives Available for Business Attraction and Retention in Westchester

  • THE BLUEPRINT for Westchester, WCA's major economic development initiative to attract and retain business in Westchester, has announced that a variety of incentives are available in Westchester for businesses either looking to remain in the county or those eyeing to relocate here...

WCA's Executive Director of Economic Development Marissa Brett with Jack Kopnisky, President/CEO of Provident Bank
Accoring to Marissa Brett, Executive Director of Economic Development at the Westchester County Association who heads THE BLUEPRINT, there are a variety of federal, state, and local business incentive programs that enhance economic development by spurring companies to make business investments, and create and retain jobs, thus promoting neighborhood commercial activity and a stronger economy.  "There are a wide range of tax and business incentive programs to deliver tangible benefits," she advises.

The Westchester County Association has members who specialize in working with companies to obtain the incentives that are available to them and we will be working together to not only better understand and communicate these incentives but also to focus on legislation that is currently pending that can improve our incentives to help create an economy of growth in Westchester County.

Please contact Marissa Brett, if you would like further information about incentives available for Westchester business attraction, retention, and job creation.
