    ...the template for future development projects in Westchester County.  Lifetime, the sports recreation company based in Minnesota, purchased the 1 Gannett Drive, the former Journal News building that has been sitting--mostly vacant--for years.  Although zoning regulations initially did not permit the proposed use, the Town of Harrison saw the opportunities that flexible zoning could bring and opted to work with Lifetime.

    May it be the first of many successful projects to come.
